This is the first project for my 3D Animation and Visual Effects at the University of Tulsa. We began by learning about the 12 principles of animation. To kick-start this lesson, we were given the assignment of creating a simple bouncing ball animation.
I decided to enhance this animation by implementing object destruction, combining hand animation of the ball with simulated exaggerated destruction of the ball slamming into the concrete.
All of this was done in Blender, assets were made by me, but the simple texture I have was made by Ambientcg links to the textures are as follows.
